Social Activities

The Red Cross Society is a non-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to promoting service and humanity. Sudesha School encourages its students to participate in activities organized by the Junior Red Cross Society to instill a sense of social responsibility and compassion. Students collect relief funds for victims of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides, and provide assistance to those in need. This work fosters a sense of humanity and benevolence in the students.

Sudesha Scout Troop is a platform that helps students develop leadership skills, enabling them to become effective leaders in society. This active scout troop participates in service camps and relief campaigns.

The ECO Club of Sudesha is dedicated to addressing environmental issues and promoting sustainable practices among students.

In collaboration with the Central Zoo, Sudesha participates in a special program related to wildlife conservation, biodiversity, and nature conservation in Nepal. Students frequently participate in programs and competitions organized by the Central Zoo through the Friends of Zoo (FOZ) program.

Sudesha Interact Club is a platform for community service, leadership development, and international relations. Sudesha School collaborates with the Interact Club to provide students with opportunities to connect with the Rotaract Club and Rotary Club and participate in their activities.

Chinese language and culture classes are in high demand in modern schools. Sudesha offers such classes to provide students with an opportunity to learn about Chinese culture and language and to become global citizens.

Sudesha believes in connecting learning with social affairs and the welfare of the community. The school provides students with age-appropriate social work and service-related activities such as helping in the school kitchen, assisting junior students as volunteers, participating in community cleaning, and raising awareness through campaigns.

Sudesha Students’ Council is a group of elected leaders from different classes and a direct election held in the school, with all students voting for the student leader. The elected leaders form the Students’ Council, which serves to address problems and take action in the school. This provides students with an opportunity to practice and improve their leadership skills as school captains, vice-captains, club representatives, and class representatives.
